He's a character that came from the fandom. I think he has a wiki and he is recognized by Hasbro as a character though he is not an actual character. Generally he's the eradicon Starscream tends to abuse or boss around the most. Even with such treatment steve adores his superior officer dearly, usually much to Starscream's annoyance.
